SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern your participation in text message programs operated by RB Dynamics. By opting in to any of our SMS programs, you agree to these terms.

1. SMS Programs

Program A — Appointment & Service Notifications (Non-Marketing)

Operational messages including: appointment confirmations and reminders; booking updates; account and service status notifications; responses to form inquiries.

Program B — Marketing & Promotional Messages

Marketing communications including: special offers and promotional discounts; new service announcements; AI automation tips and educational content; RB Dynamics product updates.

2. How to Enroll (Opt-In)

Enroll by checking the corresponding consent checkbox(es) on our contact form. Opting in is voluntary and is never required to submit the form or receive our services. Consent checkboxes are not pre-selected. Phone number collection for callback is separate from SMS marketing consent.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Service notifications are triggered by your bookings and interactions. Marketing messages are typically sent no more than 4 times per month.

4. Cost

RB Dynamics does not charge for SMS. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

5. How to Opt Out — Reply STOP

Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation and will not receive further messages from that program. Contact us to opt out of all programs simultaneously.

6. How to Get Help — Reply HELP

7. Opt-In Confirmation Message

Upon opting in, you will receive a confirmation message similar to:

“RB Dynamics: You are confirmed for [service/marketing] texts. Msg&data rates may apply. Msg freq varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Terms: rbdynamics.org/sms-terms Privacy: rbdynamics.org/privacy-policy”

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier network and terms of service.

9. Privacy and No Third-Party Sharing

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent information will not be shared with, sold to, or used by any third party for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Supported Carriers

Available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and regional carriers. Coverage may vary.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued participation in our SMS programs after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
